i am 16 and pregnant i will be 17 in november of this year and i want to live with my baby's father we do plan to marry (that was planned before the baby) but my mom is saying that she wont sign off on anything such as marrige or emansapation (sp*) he boyfriend has a good job and im looking for a job. my mom also said she doesnt want us living together until we are married. my aunt on my fathers side is helping him with buying a house. which that would be where we will live.. i need to know if i can move out and live with my baby's father at the age of 17? what are my rights and his rights as teen parents? please help! my boyfriend is 17 and will be 18 in september of this year.

You can legally move out at the age of 17.  However, I don't recommend it.  I know it is difficult right now and your mother arguing with you isn't helping.  Try to trust her though.  She has taken care of you all these years and truly has Your best interests at heart.  Maybe, if you both talked to each other as adult, you could come to a reasonable agreement on the issue.  Act like the adult you now are and think of the baby you are about to have as you.  Put yourself in your mothers shoes.  Once you can see both sides I'm sure you come to an agreement that you both can live with.  Good Luck and I wish you all the best!
