Whats the legal age to move out of ur house in texas????

I think it is always kind of 18. However, if you go to the judge, you can move out when you are 16. It really depends. If your parents accept it, then it will definitely be fine. You probably can't get your own place though. You should find someone that will either take you in or live with an 18 year old person or older. I read online that no one can really do anything about it because you are so close to age of 18 that it really doesn't matter as long as you don't cause too much chaos in your new home or whatever! :)

18 unless you go to a judge,and make a case you are responsible for urself as a self-governing human on ur own,it's kinda like declaring ur independence if you will.
