  1. The average lifespan for a cat is 12 years.

But it depends on if it goes outside or if it stays inside.

If its neutered or spayed. A lot of things can make you cat live longer, live a lot of love.

My Strawberry lived to be 18 and she was in in door/outdoor cat.

  2. It depends on the cat.  Figure every year of our lives equal 7 years for a cat.  If you say the cat is 2 years old they are actually 14  I have a 19 year old cat and thats living longer then most cats.  I think cats usually live to be about 12-15 years old.

  3. cats usualy live until age 18 i'd say. but some cats have been known to live up to age 30! my kitty died at 18.  so it varies, depending on how good a owner you are.

  4. that is a tough question, that depends on lots of factors. A well cared for indoor only cat can go as much as 25 years. An outdoor only cat could be killed or get sick in a few years. Some breeds live longer then others also. If a general answer is needed then a range of 10 to 20 years is a good ballpark to use.

  5. there like dogs its 10-15 years for a cat mabey even longer cats can live up to a very long time then dogs

  6. 16-18 years unless they get injured or disease

    Believe it or Not ???
