  1. 14

  2. It depends on the school.  I attended a college once that allowed my younger brother (who was 15 at the time) to enroll for a course as a "special student".  I'm not sure what that distinction meant for him in the long term, though.  It may have just been the phrase they used for students who audited courses.

Anyway, call the colleges in your area and ask.  Most college admissions offices have a direct number that you can find on their website, I'm sure they get much wierder questions than yours every day.

    Good luck!

  3. i think 16 because my friends sister is going to college because she took extra courses

  4. There isn't really a definite standard for the lowest age. Schools accept and reject applicants based on their qualifications. If you're 9 years old and meet all of the requirements to get into a school (high school diploma, SAT scores, etc.), you could theoretically get in. However, many schools are wary of accepting very young students, because while they may have the intellectual capacity for college-level courses, a certain level of mental and emotional maturity is necessary to be successful in higher education.

  5. 16 or 17.

  6. Although colleges are concerned with age and maturity, the most important thing is your level of education.  I'm not positive of the minimum age because most colleges don't encounter this sort of situation on a normal basis.  If you have completed the desired prerequisites, then you should be considered as an applicant. Colleges do tend to shy away from ambitious child prodigies over the issue of maturity, so if you are very young, say 15 or younger, don't set your hopes too high.  If you are graduating a year early or something along those lines then you should be completely fine and be considered along with the 18 year old applicant pool.

  7. well if your really smart it dont matter i heard on the news about a 14 or 13 year old boy who Graduated from collage

  8. 18 to enroll fulltime or a high school diploma but some colleges let you earn credits while in highschool that goes to your degree....

  9. community colleges accept really young (like 11-12 yr olds). not sure about 4-yr colleges

  10. it depends on if you have a ged or diploma. i've heard of genius' getting into college at 14! my husband actually started college at 17, he started school early so he was always the youngest but he graduated high school so he was able to apply.
