the main conflict is when bella and edward fall in love. Bella wants to be with him for the rest of her life and she thinks the only way to do that is if she one of them.Edward doesnt want her to because it might destroy her life completely by becoming a "monster". So he wanted to show bella how they have funn by taking her to play baseball with his family in an open feild while its thunderstorming.Of course these three vampires,who are not like the cullens,interupt their game. James,the leader(i suppose) smells her sweet,irresistible scent.Now he chasing her all around Forks.
