Whats the main difference between kitten and cat food?

because my friend has been begging me for my cat so i gave him to her so now all I have is a kitten - i feed her purina naturals - first ingredient is real meat, as well as wet food (whiskas).. should i switch her to the kitten versions of these foods or is she ok with the adult food since it's a good food?

the kitten food might be healthier for her to grow stronger.but the regular food is perfectly fine.im the other person that said target.i didnt relize the other girl sed it.
