Somerset is quite a diverse county. It has a lot of dairy farms but farming is only a small part of the British economy. Somerset also has a significant tourism industry. I think food production (in factories) is also quite big. I don't know that one industry stands out but I'd hazard a guess that it's between tourism and the dairy industry (both farming and product manufacturing).
