The only personal conflict is between Elinor and Lucy...who will get Edward?

Elinor has already won his heart, but Edward would be disgraced if he broke off his engagement to Lucy, so she can't be his wife unless Lucy breaks off the engagement, which she eventually does.

There is also an internal conflict...can Marianne get over her disappointment with Willoghby, or will her excessive feeling close her heart to happiness forever?
