Whats the mall name in Victoria, BC?

Its near Lululemon (Johnson Street)

It has at least 4 floors

Food court on the very top floor

Has stores like AE, Off The Wall, Stitches, West 49, Below The Belt

I was there once and I am going to Victoria again in a couple days, but I have NO idea what the name of the mall is. I've tried searching google.

Could you be thinking of Market Square? It's on Johnson Street close to Chinatown.

I think you are mixing up a couple of malls.

The mall with a food court on level 4 is The Bay Centre - formally known as Eaton Centre.  But your location is slightly off.

The mall with several of those stores and out by Johnson St. is Mayfair Mall.
