Whats the market like for herbal supplements?

i recently found site that sells herbal supplements cheap called herballyrenewed.health.officelive.com. the site says you can become a distributor for $50. but is it worth it? are people really buyin this stuff these days????

first of all you don't have to pay anyone to be a distributor because you can find a market on your own when you have herbs to sell. And why be forced to buy from this person when there are hundreds of herbal websites to purchase any herb you want wholesale at any price even some will be less than the  franchise seller will charge you. You may or may not get quality herbs from this person. You can sell herbs at a flea market, mall kiosk, herb parties, from your home from newspaper ads. But be aware that yes people do buy this stuff and plenty of it. Giant companies sell herbs and the competition is fierce for the users bucks. Your only chance is to find a niche or have phenominal customer service and great return policy. Or make up your own herbal first aid kit or a travelers kit. there is not much profit margin in herbs so you will need to be satisfied with a less than robust income. shipping costs to your place of business can be expensive. I have however sold aromatherapy and the markup can be four to ten times the cost of the product, much more than powdered herbs. you buy wholesale by the ounce or pint or even more. you buy bottles, caps, labels, and carrier oil separately . you put 12 drops of essential oil into a one ounce bottle of carrier oil and sell it for 8 to 12 dollars as a premixed remedy. Put a problem with this is that I had to explain to exhaustion what aromatherapy is and how it works and it soon became not worth my time.
