  1. Hey, you're just experiencing a an episode of anxiety.  When you have anxious thoughts it makes it difficult to fall asleep.  Try getting involved in something that you enjoy.  Something that really absorbs your attention.

Physical activity helps a bunch too.  Exercise or whatever earlier in the day so you're more tired at night.

You can also try drinking luke warm milk & taking a supplement called melatonin which you can buy at grocery stores & pharmacies.

OTC sleep aids would help ya too.

If all of the abovef fail, go visit your doctor.  Hope this helps.

    Peace

  2. Melatrol is a very good product. Before I had Melatrol I cannot alsways sleep until 5-6 am That's terrible!!

  3. try having a relaxing bath with maybe some lavander as it help you sleep and slowley wind down read a book or something that helps you relax but do this in bed and then just slowley switch off to eveything around you and you slowley drift in to a sleep

Can people answer my question please i find it quiet important :)..thanks

  4. hubby had the same problem too. We also tried this melatrol and problem is gone. for more info visit http://www.melatrol.com/?aid=830371 they are giving a free trial, you just have to pay for the shipping.

  5. i used to have trouble sleeping because my mind was ticking over so much and i have found that if i have a banana and a hot milky drink before i go to bed that helps but it's also a good idea to turn your pc or tv off an hour or two before your going to bed as anything stimulating is bound to not aid getting to sleep.

another thing that could help is something my friend told me, it sounds really strange but make sure you have all plug points turned off in your bedroom as they emit electromagnetic energy that wont help! also she's really into her feng shui and told me to move my bed so my feet didn't face my door and to cover all mirrors with some kind of cloth so you cant see your reflection while in bed???

some of it sounds bizzare but i did it all and i dont have any problems getting to sleep anymore.

    best wishes.x
