Whats the matter with people who block the intersection in traffic?

people who block traffic so they can get there faster but it slows me down and i can get threw that pisses me off like no else

Its actually against the law to go through an intersection if yoou cant get all the way through, Canada anyways.

It all boils down to inconsideration. People are not considerate when they are in a hurry (or most of the time, hurry or no hurry).

It is a wretched  combination of arrogance, bad judgement, impatience and ignorance.

BE Glad its just a blocked intersection.

Last winter one of these types passed me on black ice with his go anywhere SUV.

Saw him a ways up the road, in the middle of the median, upside down, Christmas presents scattered everywhere.

His arrogance, bad judgement, impatience and ignorance, cost him  a lot that day.

I used my cell to call 911 and went on my way as he was out of his car walking around.  I don't think I could have stopped to help without making a snide remark.

People who do that don't think about what they're doing.  They think they're going to get to where they're going faster if they always try to go first.  

Where I'm from, there are sometimes no traffic lights at intersections or they're switched off.  Sometimes, it gets really annoying when I'm driving my car and, to prevent traffic, I stop at the intersection to allow another car to go first, and the car beside me decides to stick his head in and causes a traffic jam...  There are a lot of uneducated drivers around, and unless the traffic enforcers fix this problem, so I guess we all have to live with that...

i think many people who do this are selfish no good bast&*rds i drive in boston for living and see this every day if thier not selfish id say they are stupid drivers

No matter where you go or what your do, there will always be stupid inconsiderate people. Like the people who drive slow in the fast lane.

I hear ya! They just broke the law when the light turned red............but had to still proceed or maybe get hit. People are always in a hurry to get nowhere,. It's a jungle out there and unfortunately people can be ignorant. I always found that if you were making a left hand turn, you better not be the 3 rd or more car back, as the traffic light changes. You do risk a ticket. When I encounter people who do this, I usually wave them on and let it go. It's not worth getting angry about because it stresses you out and life is too short anyway. I do say "jerk" in my car where they may or may not read my lips. Road rage is serious these days and this is one situation that may cause it. Someone could actually get killed. So I ask again..........is it really worth it and the energy you expend getting angry?

well sometimes people don't pay attention to what they are doing, which does suck because that usually means that they don't care.

Mostly likely they are not out to get you or anything, they are jsut to get along like you are no difference.

It's called obstructing traffic here in the U.S. There's not a lot you can do. Try to be a little more patient while driving. I can tell you that getting pissed off is a sure path to having an accident of your own. If you say you are a good driver, then be one. Not some butthead who blocks intersections.
