Pipe, no limit I know of - tobacco 18 same as all other tobacco products.

Shisha tobacco is alleged to be more harmful than normal tobacco

Pipe, coal, etc - no age limit

Fruit tobacco that contains nicotine - 16 years

Fruit tobacco that does not contain nicotine (a.k.a "molasses") - no age limit

The one that contains nicotine is waaay better:)

There's no minimum age for the purchase of the pipe and all requirements except the tobacco which is the same as all other tobacco products, 18.

You are also restricted on where you can smoke it, the laes are the same for the shisha as any other tobacco product.

You used to be able to go to shisha cafes, where everyone who goes there just wants a harmless smoke, beaurocracy gone mad.

I bought mine in Egypt last year.
