Whats the minimum legal cc im allowed to ride on the motorway/highway in Brisbane, Australia?

I want to purchase a scooter when i get to Brisbane to get me around the surrounding areas but im not sure what the minimum legal cc allowed on the motorways is? ie 50cc or 125cc.

If somone could let me know i'd be real grateful.
