I was in a Chinese restaurant in Phoenix a few years ago.  We were sitting in a booth waiting for our food and a roach leisurely crawled across our table.  We left.

About two years ago we were in a Red Lobster and I kept noticing something in my iced tea.  I finally fished it out and it was a huge shard of broken glass.  The waitress calmly took it away, apologizing, and brought me another iced tea.  Later I thought geesh, they should have paid for my meal!

Everyone has some "horror" story and I personally feel these people just want attention.  However, the most disgusting thing witnessed was a burger king employee mopping the floors, touching the mop with his hands then wiping his hands on his filthy uniform and then immediately picking up burger buns and start making burgers, with mop and bucket still in same area.  Never wash hands, just wipe on uniform....last time I ate at that Burger King.

at the McDs in Amsterdam there were birds just hanging out and a few rodents running 'round.  It was SO gross!

We live in PUerto Rico.  We went to Church's chicken.  the very first bit I took out of a big juicy leg, had a huge cockroach fried into the batter with the chicken.  It was, in a sad, gross way, fried frozen staring back at me.  The manager offered to replace the meal, but wouldn't give me my money back.

at a chinese restraunt the bottom was chewwed out of the cashew dish and they gave it to me i think they had rats no wonder they got shut down, and one time at a burger place i bit into it and pulled a breadtie out of my burger like the patty grosssssssss

One time I found a small bone in my McDonald's Chicken McNuggets.  I don't order Chicken from McDonald's anymore even tho I know it's not their fault.
