If you mean by forgotten and not the worst, it's the trailblazers because I bearly hear anyone talk about them I even forgot there was a team called trailblazers once

Easily the Toronto Raptors.  It's very easy to be forgotten when you're the only team in another Country.  The Raptors have a very good team and the best GM, but until they win a championship they will just be that team from Canada.

the grizzlies by far. they traded away their marquee player (Gasol) and have only had one all-star in their franchise history (Gasol again) and he only played in one all-star game. im not sure they have a chance of improving either. g*y is a blossoming star, but he doesnt have much of a supporting cast except for o.j. mayo.
