well first he broke up with me and after we met up for a drink he told me that someone he had a fling with before he met gave birth to his child while we were broken up. we are back together now and getting married soon but every single day I have to struggle with the fact that he has a kid with someone else

I lost my son 4 yrs ago at 20 wks along. My spouse lost his job as a result of taking time off to help me get along emotionally for a few days..

His focus was all about the job loss nothing about our son. It got really ugly and at a point we almost gave up on each other bc we had no one to turn to. He couldn't understand why I was angry at him and he didn't feel like I was being his kleenex holder enough.

We are past it thankfully and I hope to never get to that point again bc it catapulted a lot of bad behaviour from the both of us.

Physical or emotional?  

Emotional-well, it sucked pretty bad when I came home to find my boyfriend of 6 years in bed with a close friend/coworker.  Or the whole two years of h**l we both caused each other at the end.  Yea.....that sucked pretty bad.....OH forgot to mention when I had a miscarriage at work and came home, was completely devastated, he decided going out with his friends drinking was more important.  That really messed with me.  Or when my brother died in motorcycle accident, he called into his to dad (who he worked for) to get the day off and told his dad "Oh dont worry it isn't a big deal, it was only her half brother."  (I have six siblings that are all technically half siblings, but to me that doesn't mean a thing. they are still my brother or sister)

Physical?  that same ex mentioned above and I were jet skiing on the river.  He was driving and he spun around to throw me off-but didn't give the engine enough go to really get me to fly off like he usually did.  I ended up comind down about a foot and a half away from the jet ski and he accidentally ran me over....well. I hope it was an accident anyways..  (probably not)  But I was lucky and only wound up in the ER with a concussion and a broken nose.

After being married for 6 months I became pregnant, It wasnt the right time for us as we were living with in laws and I had just started work....when I told my husband so that he told me that I should take the baby to the father.....I had never cheated on him b4 marriage or after...so dont know where this reaction came from.....anyway he continued to repeat this whenever I brought up the pregnancy...and ws therefore surprised when I miscarried a couple of months later...

I survived parely from phesical abuse ,and saw him in my bed with another woman..but the thing I couldnt handel is when he tied me and started hitting my 10years old son and 6 year old daughter and left them nacked in cold without food for a day..thats what killed me..and Im hoping to find a way to escape with my children without getting killed by him

my wife left me for someone else and tried to deny anything was going on beforehand,then his then girlfriend/partner got my phone number off a bill and called to let me know what had been going on...I was angry at first and wanted to hurt then real bad but the worst thing was never hearing the truth from her after 15 years together surely I deserved at least that....I went on to raise our daughter myself and she loves me immensely so I have that to remind me that 15 years were not wasted..

When my father died I was 38 weeks pregnant, after arranging the funeral I came home and over dinner he asked what I had done that day. I told him we had arranged the funeral for the following Wednesday, to which my partner replied "I don't do funerals" and left the room. Utter b*****d, 2 weeks before giving birth my child's father couldn't even help me to bury my dad. Needless to say, we are no longer an item.

My ex husband slapped me and called me a b word.  That was the first and last time.  My Uncle Dave (my Godfather) beat the p**p out of him. Oh man we could go on for days, not physical abuse but emotional. finding women off the internet to talk to times 3, telling me that I was using him for a place to stay even tho we are MARRIED..the list goes on but were working on fixing it so we shall see

Was used as a band-aid to get over the ex-wife and he moved on from me..got engaged within 2 months, purchased the house we had thought about buying and is living happily ever after as a married man.   I am single...used up and tossed aside.   Never once thought about how devastated I was.  I got attached to his children, his church, his family and I am still healing.
