  1. Do things work as they are supposed to?

What is the condition of the engine and transmission?.  Do they seem properly maintained?  Does the refer/freezer work?  The stove, heating and/or A/C.  Are there makeshift repairs holding things together?   Does the head function and are the drainage system intact?  Is there a generator and if so does it work OK?

Basically, you look at every thing that make it livable and decide what you can live without or repair/replace.  Some of the basic motor home units are very expensive to repair or replace.

  2. the motor

  3. A way to sell it! no really. you have heard of some things having 2 good days- The day you buy and the day you sell. NOT HERE, Just the day you sell. They are a money pit that you are never done repairing. Something always breaks and they go obsolete very quickly. You better own one of the oil companies to afford the fuel. In the end it will be cheaper to do motels if you divide your total expense by the number of times you stay in it. Some people learns lessons from others and some have to do it the hard way. Which one are you? Good Luck!

(Also-I could tell no "Dumbing Down" required.)

  4. um...a lock on the door
