Whats the most natural way to get rid of backpains and neckpains?

Im in my teens and my back has been aching for about a year now. My parents say to much computer but that cant be true.

my neck just always needs to click, but it might be that my head is to big and heavy for my skiiiiiiny neck.

Its been going on too long and i was just wondering if the doctors is needed.

but my parents wont really take me to a doctor, they'll just say get off the computer. But my neck and back will ache after i wake up in whatever bed.

Sooo what can i do :)

  1. Massage Therapy ! 2 times a week ! lay off the computer for a few days . it is ok if your neck cracks it probly needs it also u could see  a chiropractor that feels great too ! infact i say get a massage then see chiropractor


  2. i bet if you cut down the computer time in half on a daily basis, you'd start to feel better. Get off the computer and go exercise instead. build up your muscles and your body won't have any more problems.

    Your head is not to big for your neck. That's called a complex and it's a mental and not physical one.

    Of course your parents aren't going to waste money on taking you to a doctor when you just need to get off of here and go get a real life out side. You'd be fine if you cut back quite a bit. Tell them to help you by taking the cord to the computer so you can't go on anymore. You'll be feeling fine in no time then.

  4. You need to see a good chiropractor from an insurance list (about 8-10 times)

    Then you need to start a regular exercise program - there is no difference.

    The only thing that really made my neck and back pain really go away was pushups and situps everyday, after chiropractic treatment for several months.

  5. get a thing called heat pods. they r reusable and help me with my back. or u can get ibuprofen gel. rub it on and bob youre uncle!

  6. Join a yoga class.
