Foreign student?  Student visa prohibits working.  You may be able to do an internship if it is required as part of your course of study.  These are usually unpaid. Foreign students are not generally eligible for financial aid or scholarships.  Your best bet is to find scholarship money in your own country for study abroad.

To get a foreign student visa, you must be accepted into a program of study at a university and prove you have sufficient funds to pay for tuition, fees, all other school expenses, plus all of your living expenses and transportation home.
