its called a a Package powerbomb throw, its a pretty good move, lots of indy wrestlers use it like kevin steen

big show used to use it, and people reffered to it as an high angle alley oop, or and alley oop powerbomb

tori ( a diva from the 90s) invented a version were she wouldn't keep the opponent on her shoulders, but instead, she would do the maneuver very fast so it whipped the opponent. so basically put her hands on her opponents crotch, and pull the body towards her so they would go over her head

brian kendrick sold the move really well, because if you dont know how to sell it, the move can look terrible and sloppy
