  1. Yes it starts with a "p". It's called "poser". Vegetarians don't eat animal flesh, therefore there is no name for what you infer.

A pescetarian is one who chooses to eat fish as the only animal flesh they consume, but they are an omnivore and not a vegetarian.

  2. PESCETARIAN:

    *******************

"Occasionally used to describe those who abstain from eating all meat and animal flesh with the exception of fish. Although the word is not commonly used and a pescatarian is not technically a vegetarian, more and more people are adopting this kind of diet, usually for health reasons or as a stepping stone to a fully vegetarian diet. Pescetarians often believe that moderate consumption of fish or fish oils, which are high in Omega-3 fatty acids, is necessary for optimum health, although vegetarian alternatives, such as flax seed oil, are available"

  3. I believe the  term is "Pescetarian" and they are described as the fish (and/or seafood) eating NON vegetarian

  4. Like everyone else said, it's "pescetarian," but they are not vegetarians.

  5. P&L

  6. Piscatarian - same root as Pisces.

  7. There is no such thing as a vegetarian that eats fish.

Some such people call themselves "pescetarians" but they are in no way vegetarians.

  8. No such thing.  Vegetarians do not eat fish.  A "pescetarian" is a type of omnivore..not vegetarian.
