Whats the name of......?

a really old round table top game, i think its french, which has round the edges 4 parts which you use to blow air on a ball to get it in a hole on the opponents side.

not the best explanation sorry

Additional Details: the other one is where you blow air at the ball using blower things but that one escape me.

I don't know the name, but one was shown (and sold) in Bargain Hunt   by Tim Wannacot  on BBC1  very recently
