Whats the name of the US tv show where a guy finds himself back in time at his childhood?

I use to watch it late at night here in the UK. The guy still retained the brain of his adult life but was reliving his childhood. He knew what was going to happen so he tried to make things work out better.

I remember one episode his mum invented lunchables but his dad told her they were stupid. because he knew they were big in the future he tried to convincer her it was a good idea. it was a bit like the wonder years in a way

maybe Quantum Leap or Journeyman or Life on Mars. those are the only shows I know of where a guy goes back to the past.
