Whats the name of the song on american dad? please help meee?

In american Dad , the one where Klaus turns into a human and Stan has a rocket boot and steve "turns into a wolf" and Francine has a muffin stand well... Klaus is like going around having his haircut and things and there is a song playing and then it goes back to Stan sat on a chair tied up and he is singing it and then he goes "hey, why is that stuck in my head?" ...whats the name of that song?! please help!!

Looking on tv.com for American Dad, the episode you have described is called 'Finances with Wolves'

In the notes it says the songs featured on this episode are :

"September" by Earth, Wind and Fire;

"911 is a Joke" by Public Enemy

So it's one of those.  Having never seen the episode I wouldn't know, so you'll have to listen to both.  Hope this helped.
