Whats the name of these small yellowish dark brown ant in the house?

Its pretty tiny, runs around frantically all the time. Its abdomen is yellow and the head gets darker to a brown. They are all over the place both at my houses in jamaica and miami. They rarely ever bite, mostly just tickle. Here we just call them sugar ants or running ants cause thats all they ever do, but I looked on wiki just now and its not the correct name. Can anyone help me on this?

They may be pharaoh ants.

They can be a serious problem in hospitals, and a minor annoyance in homes, and can be very difficult to get rid of.
