Whats the name of this Chinese or Japanese dish?

It is like fried chicken strips but everyskiny and small and it comes with string beans or steamed beans,do you guys know what it is?

In order to get an answer, you need to edit in a little information. Does it come with green beans IN THE DISH or on the side? Is there a sauce? What restaurant was it ordered in? Anything like that might help.

If it's pieces of chicken with beans, it sounds like a Chinese dish of black bean chicken with long beans.  Chicken is not usually cooked with beans in Japanese cuisine.
