Whats the name of this exotic bird?

this bird in particular, looks like a turkey, and can record sounds from the wild, humans and play it back to life-like quality? anybody know?

By your description you are talking about the Australian "Lyre" bird ,but it is much smaller than a turkey at about Pheasant size,

It has been know to pick up a new sound and repeat it after only 1.hour of hearing it.

there all all sorts of turkey breeds and it could either be a relative of the turkey or a different breed of a turkey!  hope i helped!1
