I think i remember an elephant on the cover the cd but I'm not sure,

Um, its an amusement park game, like you own one, you can design EVERYTHING. Like, you can choose the rides, the shops, the restrooms, and where everything is. And you can move things around and arrange how the sidewalk is.

And you can have people come to the park, and the people just do their own thing, you dont have to control each one, they just go to the restroom, go on the rides by themselves.

If you know any games similar to this, that'd be good too.
