at the tip of the jager bottle . im guessing you press this button or w/e and it comes out. whats it called and where can i buy one?!?!?

looks like either a liquor spout or liquor pourer.

its called a posi pour and has a ballbearing in the spout to measure one shot exactly. any resturant supply store

It's known simply as a pourer.  You can buy them in most liquor stores or online.  They're mainly for helping count out shots.
