Whats the name of this song from a 2008 olympic commercial?

There is another song I like from a commercial. The commercial starts off with a political figure saying "I call upon the youth of the nation to assemble in Beijing 4 years from now" and then is show some athletes running. can anyone help?

According to the YouTube link, the music piece was a 30 second clip done for the commercial and is not a full song available anywhere. The performing artist is named Trama and the commercial is titled "Answer the Call".  BTW, the "political figure" isn't one either.  That's IOC President Jacques Rogge in a clip most likely taken from his closing ceremony speech four years ago in Athens, Greece.
