Please, we do not call them shrimp but prawns, same as we do not drink Foster's. We palm that c**p off overseas.

But you can by PRAWNS either by how many, how much(as in weight) or by bag its completely up to you.

We call them prawns, and you buy as many or as few as you want by weight, we don't really go in for the pre-packaged sea food unless it is frozen solid.  We go to our local supermarket and point to the $11.00 per kilo for the imported not very nice onces or the $30 a kilo big beautiful huge onces caught locally.  You can also buy them raw, or green as they are known and peel the slimy little critters and cook at home

We just escaped from a plauge of raining kanga's mate-then we all had a bit of a croc wrestle after getting pissed on some VB-oh look it's nearly five thirty- I'll be late for my boomerang throwing cult meeting!

Oh and no- they don't need to sell prawns- see, they grow out of an Aussies ear..mm..my favourite kind..;)
