Whats the next step in the T-Mobile hiring process?

Ive done the online application, was instructed to take the online test, was called in for the pre-screening interview and did that, and now have an interview with the manager this weekend.

For those employed by T-Mobile, what are the next steps after this interview?

...running while you still can.

Get your resume and cover letter ready to hand to the manager personally...also this will keep you in the forefront of their mind as they will probably keep this document on their desk for the nxt few days.

Prepare yourself for the interview and go in as if you already have the job, and are interviewing them as your potential new boss.

I was asked such questions as: "What is your biggest weakness", "If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be", "Describe a time when you disagreed with a superior", "Why do you want this job".

Once hired, have fun getting screamed at by techs and customers...T-Mobile hasn't been doing so hot this qtr.
