  1. All the other centres in NZ are small by world standards. Whilst each has much to praise about only AUCKLAND has everthing which is why 1 in every 4 live there.

  2. Wellington is the best city - but I guess I am biassed because it's where I live.

It is central to seeing the rest of NZ. Not too big, but has all the attributes of a big city without the crowds. Mind you the climate can be changeable but variety is the spice of life.

  3. any single lady from new zealand

  4. I myself don't like any of the big cities.  If you want a nice place to live, I would go with either Whakatane (my home town), Tauranga or Mt Maunganui in the Bay of Plenty North Island.  There it is warm and there are lots of beaches and although Tauranga is a city it's not to big.  I now live in Wanaka in Central Otago South Island, and this place is really pretty, it snows in the winter and is hot in the summer, we have a huge lake to swim in all summer long, with beautiful clear water.  Check out this website though it might give you some more ideas.

  5. I live in Dunedin and it's great. It is coastal city so we have heaps of gorgeous beaches. It is close to Central Otago which means skifields are only a 2-3 hour drive away and so i the Southern Lakes region. Its a beautiful city, the shopping isn't the best but Christchurch is only a 4 hour drive away.
