The Fig Tree Restaurant - I've heard it's very nice.  It's in La Villita so it's close to the Riverwalk!

the hemisfair tower..beautiful view, great food, and the riverwalk is just around the corner..

Francesca's at Sunset is the best fine dining restaurant in San Antonio, hands down. It is a four-diamond, award-receiving steakhouse overlooking the hillcountry. They have amazing entrees: Buffalo ribeye, Chilean sea bass, antelope chops, chili rubbed Filet... It's a little pricy but oh so worth it. I make sure to go every time I visit SAtown. It's not on the Riverwallk, but the dining experience is out of this world - you won't be disappointed.
