It depends on where you are. That frequency, 99.7, is used by a whole bunch of stations use it all over the country.

You have to put the city and/or call letters.  Since there can be MANY areas with the "B-100" identifier, you could be told the wrong thing.  And being you have people all over the world reading this, no one is going to know what you are saying unless you are specific.

Do you mean the call sign?  That will vary for each station assigned the 99.7 MHz frequency.  If you do mean the frequency, then the answer was in your question.
