Alright well im 17, and about 6'2..i wanna bulk up for basketball so im trying to add a good 20-30 pounds to my frame atleast before the start of next summer. Im going to be at the local gym with probably a trainer to get me bigger and not just bigger but solid muscle. So im just wondering what kinda of GNC product should i get, i was thinking about the Whey Protein but idk what do you suggest?
