Right now, they are running around $400 or more per person, (I checked 8/16-8/23)

They get a bit cheaper in late september thru oct/nov, then the prices go up again before the holidays.

(Christmas season in PR starts the day after Thanksgiving)

And there are no non-stop flights from Cleveland to PR, so be prepared to spend at least a day traveling...
