  1. I agree with Carrie D.

Braces, I've seen both, but my patients who had metal braces seem to retain their allignment better. But metal braces take longer.

  2. I agree

Conventional old fashioned take longer braces just make more sense.

unless you want to opt for the over nite surgery of the rich and the famous, DoNT WE ALL, ???   but we DONT ALL have that life style . face it...

So,,,,,however, i was in lake mi at st Joseph and they had a magazine article there , a dr there specialized in people who have partials, (  few teeht that have been removed either from accidents or domestic violence in my case) and he does implants over nite and they had write ups on him all over world because he is so spectacutlar i guess ..no pain no complaints from his paitients and so ReAsonable in his prices.

It keeps people from wearing braces who would otherwize have to wear them for years, he can straighten out crooked teeth.  I guess he is a wonder in the dental feild.  His surgeries are supposed to be reasonble. now depends on your income i guess to what YOU call reasonable.

and i didnt see prices. LOL

So maybe look him up on the net.

ST JOSEPH HARBOR MICHIGAN is wheree the magazine was... not sure if that was the city or not, maybe it was Benton or around there.    . But there was a testimonial from a lady who said her life from partials was changed.

and she said her surgery to replace upper and lower partials and she now has ReAL TEETH!!! that chew.   was 5000.00 that is NOT bad imo!

  3. Pros Invisiligne: You can take it out when you eat and brush your teeth, people won't notice it's in

Pros Braces: It's cheaper than invisligne, but there's only a few hundred dollars difference. Braces fix your bite, and the other one doesn't because you don't have to wear elastics.

Cons Invis.: Since you are able to take it out you might be tempted to do so, which means you teeth may not straighten as well as it would with braces. It also costs more. Since your unable to see invisilign, when you don' t have to wear it anymore people probably won't compliment on your teeth because they won't notice like they would if you were without braces.

Cons Braces: Braces are a little painful, you can see them really well, it's harder to brush your teeth.

I would suggest braces, because they are cheaper and would most likely staighten your teeth better. Plus when you get them off, you will get all kinds of compliments on your beautiful teeth.
