white creamy discharge, sore nipples, mild cramping , sometimes nausea and no positive HPT what can be wrong with me?

  1. How long has this been going on with you? First thought is PG. I would go to the DR. It might not be anything but it could very well be a hormonal imbalance, pregnancy, infection, etc.  You won't know till you see a Dr. either way you will know what is going on with you. Good Luck.
