Whats the problem with my router signal?

ok i have a belkin g router and i use it mainly for my ps3. it has been fine for the year i have had it and i have had a signal strength of around 60-70% which is fine with no lag during game play. all of a sudden the other day i realized while playing call of duty 4 that i am lagging in every game. i looked at my signal strength and now is in the 30-45% which is making me lag. does anyone know why this change occured and how can i fix it? thanks

common causes can be caused by people living near you have bought a router, since 2 routers near each other can cause problems, if you have moved new electronic near the ps3 or a cordless telephone these can cause problems, best idea i can think of read the router manual on how to change the channel id of the router.

the best thing for you to do is to re-install the router system.

It may just need a Break , or need Restarted... if it Keeps happening with no Resolution ,Try getting a New one

I recommend Linksys .but keep l trying things

It also may not just be Your Router ,but your PS3
