Whats the quickest way to get to Alliston Ontario?

I am wondering which way is quickest to get to Alliston Ontario. Taking highway 400 up to highway 88 then 27 or Taking highway 427 to highway 50

It sounds as if you are coming from Toronto to go to Alliston.  Usually the 400 north to hwy 89 is the quickest.  Hwy 89 goes right into Alliston.
