i need to lose 20 pounds and i need to lose it fast. i only weigh 113 but i wanna get down to 93.

  1. I use to train people who wanted to lose weight before that doesn't involve running, yeah i know its tiring to some people...

    The fastest way you want it down is by JUMPING.... Most effective workout to lose weight and burn fat fast... Since you are a female, i recommend you wear a tight but stretchable outfit, do some stretching before jumping...

    I recommend two ways of jumping is by "Jumping Jack" or "Skipping"... form your own target n goals how many times per day and your counts of jumping, focus but no need to stress yourself to do it because it wud mentally tiring your body as a result, u'll be lazy.

    Wat else would you expect a good figure? You wudnt want to take slimming pills don't you? Side effects are really bad!

    Drink lots of water and watch your diets...

    Don't take the diets too seriously as it wud affect your mood of the everyday of your life which means, you're torturing yourself... Allow yourself to have some good foods once per two or three days in return u'll learn to take in control of it.

    This is to allow fairness and balance in life.

    My methods of losing weight is in a happy way. There must be a smile in watever you're doing...
