Whats the quickest way to purify pokemon on coluseum?

im trying to get ho-oh and i need to purify some shadow pokemon whats the fastest way to get them pure

um...well...all there really is to do is to massage them lots with the most expensive massage oils, and just fight loads. that's all i know. walking probably helps, but i assume battling is better, so just battle on mt.battle and call them if they go into hyper mode. pretty obvious i know but all there is to do really. hope it helps

from experience, the fastest way is to buy tons of those items for the colongne case and go to the basement of the pre-gym to whichever area looks the closest to the pokemon's habitat and spam massages while watching the bar to make sure not to waste any of them...
