  1. You can read all about the circle at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circle

    i hope this helps.

  2. Radius-- distance from the centre of the end of the circle

Diameter--- straight line distance passing through the centre of the circle between any two points on the circle's end. Diameter is always 2 times the radius.

    Circumference --- perimeter of the circle. ( Formula= 2*pi*radius)

Area of the circle---- the total space taken by the circle (Formula = pi* radius squared)

    BART

  3. diameter = distance from one end of the circle to the other end, radius = half the diameter circumfrence = 2 x pi and area = pi x radius squared

  4. Radius: The distance from the center to the edge.

Diameter: The distance across, through the center.

                      (= twice the radius)

Circumfrance: The distance around a circle.

(= pi times the diameter; pi = 3.1416)

Area: The space inside the circle. (= pi times the radius squared)
