Whats the ratio for qantas points vs rewards dollars? Is there an average amount for this and other rewards programs?

I assume you mean Qantas Frequent Flyer points?

The number of points earned depends on your level of membership (bronze, silver, gold or platinum). Points are not calculated on a strict  points = dollars basis but are calculated on the length of the flight and other variables and on qualifying car rental and accomodation. Bonus status points are also earned depending on level of membership, class travelled etc. See http://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/dyn/prog... for information.

When points are redeemed, again there is no direct points/dollars ratio. Each flight must be calculated separately. See https://www.qantas.com.au/fflyer/do/dyns...

Because of the many variables in both the earning and redemption of points it would be difficult if not impossible to make any direct comaprisons with other programs.
