does anyone know whats the highest rainfall within 24 hours? 25 inches?

Well, at one time a place not to far from me recorded 26 inches in 24 hours. This was at Hoegee Camp in the San Gabriel mountains above Arcadia Californian. It is since been eclipsed but a spot in Hawaii I believe.
