i would buy a k700i sony ericsson....3rd hand...what is the right price for it now? 2008?

i have one and i wouldnt pay anything for it for a 3rd hand phone

It doesn't matter on the number of owners... you should be paying more attention to the phone's appearance and whether or not all the functions work.  Specifically check the joystick, screen, camera, audio playback, call clarity and things like that.

It's a pretty old phone from 2004.  If you're getting this as a cheap replacement I wouldn't go anything over $40.  I could get a w600i for $60 in mediocre condition or $100 for a k790a or w810i for $75.
