Whats the safest most effective OTC sleep aid on the market?

  1. I would recommend you Homeopathic sleeping pills. (Calms FORTE) They're made out of natural herbs and are non-additive forming and work great!  I try Unisom and other stuff that makes you feel weird the next day.  Hylands is the brand and you can find it in any major drugstore including health supplement stores.   2. The best thing I have ever used is melatonin.  Melatonin is a natural hormone that helps you sleep naturally.  As you grow older melotonin levels are decreased in your body.  Taking extra melatonin helps you achieve a normal sleepiness.

  3. I've noticed that since I have been exercising, I have no trouble sleeping. What I do is go to the fitness center and do the circuit training. I have noticed that I don't need naps, have more energy and wake up rested. Good luck

  4. Go to a sleep doctor. The longer you go with poor sleep the harder it is to treat! Poor sleep can be signs of other health problems.
