It depends on whether you want to manually enter hands to be analyzed or have them pulled for you automatically from your poker table.

If it's the former, the free calculators at PokerStove.com and TwoDimes.Net will work fine.

If it's the latter, the most simple to use program is Texas Calculatem. However you shouldn't be afraid of doing a bit of learning and going with Poker Office or Poker Tracker as you can do so much more with them.
